Shipping & Return Policy
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can always return the item. Just let us know, and keep your invoice well.
We know that you need to try the items on your best friend to see if it fits, but when exchanging or returning your order, be careful for it to be unused and in good condition.
How can you exchange or return your order?

If you want to exchange or return your order, you can do this within 14 days via PostNL. The customer should bear all costs of return.
Be careful! If your order is without the original packaging or is no longer complete, then it cannot be returned.
Follow the steps below to return your order:
1. Send an email to info@origamidogs.com with your wish to return/exchange and also which things you want to return or exchange.
2. Take your package to a PostNL service point with the address label we sent to you by e-mail.
3. You will receive proof of postage from PostNL - please keep this carefully until your order has been fully processed.
When will you receive your money back?
Within a week after you mail us about your wish to return/exchange, we will refund your money via your chosen payment method.
We may wait for the refund until we have received the returned item. If you return the entire order, you will receive the total purchase price, including shipping costs. If you return part of your order, you will only receive the total purchase price of the returned items.
Shipping costs

The shipping costs for the Netherlands are €5.95 for packages up to 20 kilos.
Orders within the Netherlands above €100 are delivered free of charge.

Delivery time
Origami Dogs normal delivery period within the Netherlands is 1 to 5 working days if stocks are available.
If a longer delivery time than 1 working week applies, we will inform you.
During holiday periods, the shipping time may take longer than normal.
